The Tour

The tour covers the American Revolution era in New York City from roughly 1765 to 1783. Locations will explore the social and political aspects of the American Revolution broadly, including but not limited to American Revolutionary War events that occured here. The facts are well-researched and professionally presented - but we will have a laugh or two as well! This is much more than a mobile outdoor lecture - this is an immersive experience that literally travels THE STREETS WHERE IT HAPPENED!

Where

The tour takes place entirely in the Lower Manhattan section of New York City, roughly from The Battery to modern City Hall.

Fee

The flat fee for up to ten (10) participants is $575 USD. There is no option for additional participants, and no reduction for fewer. The fee is charged per excursion, not per capita.

Mode

We walk the entire route, which is very flat. There are a couple of opportunities to sit, but be prepared to be on your feet! This is not the time for high-heels.

Time

Generally, we finish up in a little over 2 hours, largely depending on the how interactive the participants are. If you have a time constraint that requires we not go over the 2 hour mark by much please note that in your initial inquiry.

Group Size

The tour is designed as a relatively intimate experience, and so is limited to 10 adult participants. Adults are considered those over 18 years old. I have significant professional experience and expertise that has resulted in this policy, and it is the best situation for all involved.
